DIY “Pray Until the Cows Come Home” Framed Clipboard Sign
I always love creating pieces that make me smile, and this farmhouse clipboard sign definitely does that! There’s just something about rustic wood, sweet country touches, and an encouraging saying that makes a house feel a little more like home.
Supplies Used
- Framed clipboard
- 8×10 “Pray Until the Cows Come Home” printable
- Acrylic paints
- Paint brushes
- Corrugated metal accent
- Rustic embellishments
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Protective topcoat (optional)
For today’s project, I used a framed clipboard with an 8×10 printable featuring the phrase “Pray Until the Cows Come Home.” I wanted the finished piece to have plenty of farmhouse character, so I added layered embellishments, rustic finishes, and a little extra texture to give it warmth and dimension.
One of my favorite things about projects like this is that you can easily customize them. Change the printable, add different embellishments, or use colors that match your own home décor. The basic technique stays the same, but every project ends up looking unique.
This would be perfect sitting on a shelf, displayed in an entryway, added to a tiered tray display, or even given as a thoughtful handmade gift to someone who loves farmhouse style.
