Hope – What is hope!
What does hope mean to you? Do you have hope for tomorrow? Do you have an Eternal Hope? What does hope look like for you?

Let me share one of my favorite verses with you about God’s Hope.
Romans 15:13 “May the God of Hope fill you with all Joy and Peace as you Trust in Him, so that you may overflow with Hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
The general definition of Hope is:
“a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen, a feeling of trust”

Now let’s explore what God’s definition of Hope is:
“a confident future-oriented expectation of good based on faith in God’s character and promises, rather than mere wishful thinking. It is a certainty and a present reality that serves as an “anchor for the soul”, providing strength and comfort in trials, and is rooted in God’s trustworthiness and His eventual fulfillment of His promises, such as the return of Christ.”
“God’s Hope is a confident expectation not a feeling. Biblical Hope is a firm, moral certainty and an active, eager expectation of a future good.”
“Jesus’ teachings and the New Testament present Hope as an assured confidence in God’s promises of eternal life through Him, a living Hope that endures through suffering, and an inheritance of glory in heaven. This Hope is based on God’s faithfulness and the resurrected Christ, offering Joy, Peace, and an Assurance that can never lead to despair.

“Three Biblical Hopes:

Through faith in God all things are possible. We can rely on God with anticipation and expectation in the good & blessings He has in store for us in 2026. God holds everything in His hands and we can put our Hope in Him. Trust God!
